Welcome to my World
Savannah, a native of Issaquah, Washington, began performing at the young age of three, starring in community theater plays and taking on various film and commercial roles. Her passion for the performing arts led her to a performing arts academy in high school, where she refined her skills in both classical and contemporary acting roles. Her advanced theater classes are where she became enamored with the deep psychology of acting.
While in college, and from 2015 to 2020, Savannah actively engaged in environmental, political, and social activism both locally and globally, earning a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Studies. Since 2021, she has returned to the world of performing arts, where she explores storytelling and the depth of the human condition. She is on a journey to explore the connection between theater’s cathartic nature and our mental psychee, creating safe spaces to explore our personal human pallets of emotion.
She has over four years of Meisner training and co-founded a Meisner Listening Lab, a space dedicated to weekly Stanford Meisner repetition exercises for actors. Savannah has since moved to Brooklyn, New York, where she takes advantage of the theater opportunities the city has to offer while uncovering the connection between theater and the connectedness to oneself and their environment. Currently, she is pursuing a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, with the goal of integrating theater and psychosomatic bodywork practices as complementary modalities for healing.
“..man’s soul is a divine spark, the truth itself.. and that truth, like gold, is to be obtained, not by letting it grow bigger, but by washing off from it all that isn’t gold.” -Leo Tolstoy
